The German federal elections of September 26, 2021 define the future and role of Germany in the European Union in the post-Merkel era. On Wednesday, September 29, 2021 from 10:30am-12:00pm on the EURUS zoom, the Institute of European, Russian and Eurasian Studies together with the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence at Carleton University are hosting a roundtable of experts that will discuss the results of the German federal elections, possible short- and long-term implications for Germany and the European Union.
