“Can Russia be Modernized? Are Putin and Medvedev the Men for the Job?”
Dr Inozemtsev is one of Russia’s best-known economists, political scientists and public speakers. He is a professor at Higher School of Economics in Moscow and the Director of the Centre for Post-Industrial Society. He is also an Editor-in-chief of journal “Free Thought” (Svobodnaya Mysl’) and serves as a member of the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy of the Russian Federation (COFDP). Dr. Inozemtsev was a co-founder of the Russia in Global Affairs journal (2002) and remains a regular contributor to Nezavisimaya Gazeta and Vedomosti, two of Russia’s most influential newspapers. He is the author of 300 publications in Russian, English and French.
