Margaret Skok – Former Ambassador of Canada to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, Senior Fellow at Carleton University (NPSIA), and the Centre for International Governance Innovation (Global Security and Politics)

Gilles Breton – Former Minister-Counsellor and Deputy Head of Mission of the Canadian Embassy in Moscow, Chairman of the Canada Eurasia Russia Business Association (CERBA).
