In light of the ongoing war in Ukraine, The Institute of European, Russian and Eurasian Studies (EURUS) announces a series of virtual “teach-in” sessions, titled “Ukraine in Crisis: A Teach-In Forum for the Carleton Community.” Our first session will take place on Thursday March 17 from 6:00-7:00 pm (EST) on Zoom.
These sessions provide a space for members of the Carleton University community to discuss the crisis: a platform to offer questions, thoughts, and concerns, while engaging with our panelists and regional experts. With a Q&A format, we invite the audience to pose questions to the panel, learn from the speakers, and drive this discussion on the conflict and its ramifications.
The panelists for our first session include:
- Crina Viju-Miljusevic, EURUS, Carleton University (as moderator)
- Joan DeBardeleben, EURUS, Carleton University
- Lyubov Zhyznomirska, Department of Political Science, Saint Mary’s University
- Markian Dobczansky, Ukrainian Research Institute, Harvard University
- Paul Goode, EURUS, Carleton University
Registration is required for this event: please register below. Please note that this forum is open to the Carleton University community only.
