Orientation Student Coordinator Application

Help us shape the Fall Orientation experience for the 2026-2027 incoming class!

The Student Experience Office, CUSA, and RRRA are looking for student leaders to fill our three Orientation Student Coordinator positions*. The Orientation Student Coordinator position runs from March 2, 2026 to September 25, 2026 and is a full time, on campus position from May 6, 2026 – September 11, 2026. Orientation Student Coordinators play an integral role in the implementation and execution of Fall Orientation including the development, preparation, and hosting of activities throughout the launch of the fall term designed to facilitate students’ integration into the Carleton University community. *Positions are open to returning full time undergraduate students.
