What is the Co-Curricular Record?

The Co-Curricular Record (CCR) system is a resource offered to all Carleton students as a way to record and encourage involvement in student leadership development, extracurricular activities, and community service opportunities. With a CCR students will be able to present an official documentation to prospective employers and graduate schools to both complement their academic transcript and demonstrate the holistic learning they engaged in during their academic career.

CCR Dates & Deadlines

  • Friday, April 13, 2018: Last day to submit activity/positions to the CCR database
  • Friday, April 27, 2018: Last day for students to add their activities to their CCR; and
  • Friday, May 4, 2018: Last day for validators to approve or decline students participation in their activity.

Make Your Mark: CCR Contest

Hey Ravens, exam time is fast approaching, and with it so are the CCR deadlines! Luckily, the SEO wants to help you de-stress this season with Make your Mark! Just add a new position to your CCR between April 2nd to the 13th to be entered for the chance to win our grand prize or runner up prize packs! Come to the SEO in 430 Tory Building, show us the new position you added and be entered to win 4 hours of Axe Throwing Sessions at Bad Axe Throwing and a Laser Tag swag pack including, 1-4 passes for an hour of Laser Tag!
