The Carl Gillis Memorial Award

Overview

Awarded annually on the recommendation of the Director of Student Affairs and Student Life to one or more undergraduate student(s) proceeding from one year to another in any program of study at Carleton University. Eligible recipients will be from Atlantic Canada, have demonstrated outstanding achievement in student, community, and/or national affairs, and have maintained good academic standing. There are two awards at $3500 available.

Selection process

The recipient of this award will be selected by a selection committee. 

Application Requirements

1. Student must be an undergraduate student with a demonstrated outstanding achievement in student, community, and/or national affairs.
2. Must be in good academic standing.
3. Must have resided in the Atlantic Canada region prior to or while attending Carleton University.
