Summer Orientation Day

Program Overview

Summer Orientation Day is one day program designed for new students and their parent(s). The program is designed to promote the student’s personal academic success and individual development. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in informative workshops, explore Carleton’s campus, and learn from current students, staff and faculty through a variety of programming.

This year, Summer Orientation Day will be taking place on Saturday August 15th, 2026 from 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM.

Program Schedule

Summer Orientation Day will over a diverse line-up of programming for attendees to choose from. The day consists of ongoing campus tours, a student services fair and concurrent presentations that will take place throughout the day. Attendees will be able to select what activities they wish to participate in.
