Summer Orientation Day

Program Overview

Summer Orientation Day is one day program designed for new students and their parent(s). The program is designed to promote the student’s personal academic success and individual development. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in informative workshops, explore Carleton’s campus, and learn from current students, staff and faculty through a variety of programming.

This year, Summer Orientation Day will be taking place on Saturday August 9th, 2025 from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Registration for Summer Orientation Day will open in early May!

Participation Type

Participation is strongly encouraged for incoming first-year students who are starting their studies in September 2025. Family members and guests are also welcome and encouraged to attend!
