Being a Team Leader
Team Leaders lead Campus to Community participants through their engaged-learning experience – connecting with both fellow students and local, change-making organizations. As Team Leaders, students build critical thinking and leadership skills; they learn how to facilitate group discussion and appreciate diverse points of view.
Team Leaders must…
- Complete Team Leader training in advance of their first Campus to Community Day
- Commit to leading at least one Campus to Community day each term
Team Leaders interested in getting more involved will have opportunities to continue building their skills by leading more than one Campus to Community day and by participating in special events and offerings for leadership development.
