Description: Carleton University Student Association has over 200 clubs and societies that provide programming that covers all areas and interests of Carleton students. This is your opportunity to attend a trade show style set up to learn about the various clubs and societies available. This event is open to all students and registration is Upper Year Orientation is not required.

Explore Ottawa Night

Description: Fall Orientation has partnered with several local establishments across Ottawa; this is your opportunity to discover the city while visiting some local Ottawa institutions.
Participants are encouraged to use their U-Pass to visit various locations across the city; at each location the Student Experience Office Staff in Red Polos will be able to give you your voucher to redeem.

*Vouchers will only be distributed to registered Fall Orientation and Upper Year Orientation participants who are physically wearing their Orientation bracelet; the event runs while quantities last.

Bracelets can be picked up at 430 Tory Building between 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

7:30 PM: Bank Shawarma and Poutine: 1227 Bank Street – students receive one free shawarma sandwich
7:30 PM: Haven: 43 Seneca Street – students receive a free iced tea or iced coffee
5:30 – 8:00 PM: House of Targ: 1077 Bank Street – all games set to free play; come on in! Food and beverage at student’s expense.
9:00 PM: Mayfair Theatre: 1074 Bank Street – Way before Cobra Kai, there was the Karate Kid. Score a free ticket to the original!
7:30 PM: Moo Shu Ice Cream: 477 Bank Street – students receive a free scoop!
7:30 PM: Great Canadian Poutinerie: 311 Bank Street – students receive one small poutine

CU at the Closeout Concert!
8:00 PM (doors at 7:30 PM)

We are thrilled to announce that Preston Pablo will be performing at our Fall Orientation Closeout Concert on Friday. This concert is exclusive to Fall Orientation and Upper Year Orientation participants, you will need to show your wristband to get in.

Must wear your orientation bracelet, no bags, no food or beverages. 

NO TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE.

Ravens vs Western Football Game – Saturday, September 9, 2023

Description: Fall Orientation is excited to partner with Ravens Athletics to offer participants a ticket to the Ravens vs Western football game on September 9th at 7:00 P.M.
