Tunnel Painting

Student groups and residence floors looking to create a tunnel painting for the 2025/2026 academic year must submit the application below by the deadline of Friday December 19th, 2025. 

Prior to submitting the application below, please review the following important information

• Review the Tunnel Painting Conditions and Guidelines document. A signed copy must be provided in the application
• Tunnel painting timeline
  • Deadline to submit application – December 19th, 2025
  • Applications reviewed – January 2026
  • Student groups contacted – Early February 2026
  • Tunnel painting days  – TBD
• At the time of application submission, the student group must be accredited by CUSA, GSA or the University and in good standing. Submission must come from a member of the accredited group.

Please note that Carleton Departments may submit an application and paint anytime during the year.
