Looking for seasonal work this semester? Preparing for your Co-op work term? Getting an early start on looking summer employment? If so, you will need to get a Social Insurance Number (SIN). This is requirement of employment and you will need a SIN in order to get paid.

Get your Social Insurance Number (SIN) On-Campus – Service Canada will be at Carleton to help international students get their SIN numbers. You will need to bring your passport, study permit, and Certificate of Enrollment (from Carleton Central)  to your appointment.   

You will also have a chance to meet CRA representative to answer your queries about Tax Returns, Benefits and all questions related to Tax in Canada.
