Vanier Sugar Shack/Cabane à Sucre Visit

Have you tasted maple syrup yet? Did you know late February and early March is the time when maple syrup is produced? Join us for a tasty visit to Ottawa’s urban sugar shack at the Vanier Museopark. Students will have a chance to eat a traditional maple syrup menu, have a guided tour of a sugar bush, and to learn about the history of Ottawa’s francophone community.
