Healthy Workplace Yoga – Winter 2026 series
Yoga is back! See below for details about lunchtime yoga for Winter 2026.
Embrace the tranquility of winter with our Winter Flow Yoga Series, designed to rejuvenate and energize you during the colder months.
Winter Yoga will take place on Tuesdays from January 27 – April 28, 2026 in room 482 of the MacOdrum Library. There will be no session on the following dates:
- February 10 and 17
- March 3
Please note that space is limited and we may not be able to comfortably accommodate everyone who signs up in every session. You will receive additional information and instructions after you register. Don’t forget to complete a waiver!
About the Instructor:
“My name is Eleonnora Turdubaeva, I am a Registered Psychotherapist, and provide counselling to students at Health and Counselling Center. I am also a Certified Yoga Instructor in Vinyasa style, that is passionate about yoga and meditation. I fell in love with yoga more than 16 years ago and have been practicing since. I became certified in teaching Yoga in 2018 as I wanted to incorporate my two passions together (Counselling and Yoga). I use yoga and meditation for my own self-care and share them as tools for improving mental health with my clients and everyone I know.
For these series I envision to provide space where we can slow down everything external and go inwards – to get out of the head and into the body; take a moment to breathe deeply and move the body in a nurturing and healing way. These series are open to any level including beginners, you will need to bring you own mats and blocks (if you have any), water and comfortable stretching clothes.”
