Day 6: Virtual Meditation Session
Step into a virtual space of rest and renewal and enjoy a guided meditation offering led by Heather Martel. Leave the doings of the day behind and join us for some quiet being in the midst of such a busy time of year. Together we will engage in mindfulness practices and simple tools to manage stress all while supporting nervous system regulation.

Time: Virtual meeting space will open at 12:00pm with a guided practice from 12:15pm to 12:45pm.
