Every goal is accomplished with a habit. In this session, Mark Nadon (Fitness and Athletics) shares his own fitness journey from 244lbs to 178lbs and how building habits was key to his long-term success. Through fad diets and unsustainable short-term lifestyle changes, Mark learned the hard way that getting fit and hitting his goals was a lot easier than he thought. He succeeded by building one good habit after another and trusted in the power of his habits over the power of perfection.
