Hatha Yoga in the Park
Enjoy the sunshine and outdoors while practicing Hatha Yoga. Daniel will take you through physical postures, breathing and relaxation techniques, and meditation to promote health and inner peace. Hatha Yoga is linked to improved self-awareness, increased mental clarity, reduced stress, improved physical fitness and general well being. If you are interested in experiencing Hatha yoga and being among other staff and faculty, this is the perfect class for you.
