This Lunchtime Run/Walk Group is co-hosted by Healthy Workplace and Carleton Athletics.
Join us for a lunchtime run or walk (or run-walk!) on Fridays at noon, starting June 17th!
All levels of experience are welcome! Each meet-up will be led by Mark Nadon, Certified Marathon Training Coach, and will include a proper warm-up, easy run/walk or running drills based on group goals, and a cool-down and stretch. We will meet at the Quad.
