Reset and Refresh – Healthy Workplace Summer Yoga Series

Join Kelsey for a 40‑minute midday reset designed to wake up your body while keeping your nervous system supported.

This functional movement class blends mobility, mindful awareness, and curiosity‑driven exploration. Expect an intentional balance of ease and effort, with enough grounding to leave you feeling clear‑headed, balanced, and ready to take on the rest of your day. All experience levels are welcome.

Reset and Refresh Yoga Series will take place on Tuesdays from May 5 – June 30, 2026 in Dunton Tower – 1811.

There will be no class on Tuesday, May 19th

About the Instructor:

Kelsey has been teaching yoga at Carleton Athletics for the past two years, bringing a supportive and thoughtful approach to movement. She weaves familiar yoga postures with functional mobility to help participants feel more comfortable, confident, and at ease in their bodies, both on the mat and in the workplace.



Please note that space is limited and we may not be able to comfortably accommodate everyone who signs up in every session. You will receive additional information and instructions after you register. Don’t forget to complete a waiver!
