Healthy Workplace is BEYOND excited to announce an upcoming series: Yoga At Your Desk with Alison Tait

This 45 to 60 minute virtual workshop provides Carleton faculty & staff with a fun and functional approach to simple postures and movements designed to release tension and boost energy at their desk – at home or at the office!

We are offering three virtual sessions throughout the month of April.

Attend one session, or all three! Whatever works best with your schedule.
