Yoga At Your Desk Series
Healthy Workplace is BEYOND excited to announce an upcoming series: Yoga At Your Desk with Alison Tait
This 45 to 60 minute virtual workshop provides Carleton faculty & staff with a fun and functional approach to simple postures and movements designed to release tension and boost energy at their desk – at home or at the office!
We are offering three virtual sessions throughout the month of April.
- Wednesday, April 17, 2024 – 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, April 23, 2024 – 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
- Monday, April 29, 2024 – 2:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Attend one session, or all three! Whatever works best with your schedule.
