Each year, sponsorship helps us bring students, professionals, academics, and community members together for a day of discussion, exchange, and connection.

The theme of the 18th Annual Carleton University Heritage Conservation Symposium is Senses of Heritage: Accessibility, Experience & Memory. This year’s symposium takes place at Carleton University on Saturday, September 26, 2026.

We welcome support from organizations and individuals who would like to help make the symposium accessible and affordable for participants.

Community Sponsor: $75

To recognize your support, we are pleased to offer:

• Your name or your organization’s name in the symposium program;
• Recognition on the Heritage Conservation Symposium website.

Supporting Sponsor: $200

To thank you for your support, we are pleased to offer:

• One complimentary registration to the symposium;
• Your organization’s logo in the symposium program;
• Your organization’s logo on the slideshow displayed during symposium breaks;
• Your organization’s linked logo on the Heritage Conservation Symposium website.

Lead Sponsor: $400

To thank you for your generous support, we are pleased to offer:

• Two complimentary registrations to the symposium;
• Recognition of your support during the event;
• Prominent placement of your organization’s logo in the symposium program;
• Prominent placement of your organization’s logo on the slideshow displayed during symposium breaks;
• Your organization’s linked logo on the Heritage Conservation Symposium website, displayed for four months.

Sponsor Part of the Symposium

You or your organization can also contribute toward a particular part of the day, such as morning coffee, lunch, or student registration costs.
