Jacob Kovalio gave a paper at the 30^th annual conference of the Japan Studies Association of  Canada [JSAC]  at the Munk Global Affairs Centre of the University of Toronto October 12-15, 2017 on “Japan in the 21st Century: A Model Pacifist Liberal- Democracy Coping with  a Corporatist Chinese Regime’s  Lebensraum  Foreign Policy.”
