Survey for Co-op Students

We want to learn your perspectve about the co-op program.  

We have an online form that will take 1-2 minutes to answer.

We’ll be giving out a $10 gift card to 5 students (picked at random) who fill out the form before Monday, April 15, 2024.   

The students can choose to have their giftcard from any on campus store (e.g. Tim Horton’s, Bridgehead’s, Booster Juice etc.)
