If you have been previously paid by Carleton, and your banking information has not changed, you do not need to be documented. If you are unsure, log in to Carleton Central. If you have the “Employee Services” tab, you have already been documented. If you do not, please submit the documentation package and supplementary documents.
If your banking information has changed, please submit a banking change request form and a new void cheque or direct deposit advice.
It is also a good idea to update your TD1 and TD1ON forms in order to ensure you are taxed the appropriate amount.
