To Set up Carleton Email in Mac Mail:

  1. Open Mail.
  2. Under the Mail menu, click Add Account.
  3. In the pop up Choose a Mail account provider.… click Exchange.
  4. On the pop-up window, enter the the following:
    • Name: Complete you full name.
    • Email Address:
      • Students:
      • Staff/faculty:
    • Password: Your MyCarleton One Password
    • Click Sign In
    • Check Configure automatically and click Add Account.
  5. Selects the Apps you want to integrate with your Exchange account.
  6. You can now close the Accounts dialog box and start using Mail.
