Requesting Computer Accounts at Carleton
Whether a new hire, a current CU employee that is changing roles, Vendor or Visiting Scholar, a Computer Request Form needs to be submitted outlining the requirements.
Not all users have the ability to request IT accounts (MC1, Email, Banner etc.), these requests should be handled by the Departmental Administrators, Managers or Supervisors
- An Account Request Form needs to be submitted outlining what resources are required for the new user (Email account, Banner access, W:\ permissions etc.)
- Account requests should not be summited more than a month from the start date
- Account requests can take 5 business days to process
