There is currently a bug with Camtasia TechSmith Relay (Capture) affecting Mac users who have upgraded to most recent Mac OS X version 10.10.5 resulting in recordings only showing a black screen.
We are working to address the issue as soon as possible but for the short term we would recommend to hold off on upgrading to MAC OS X 10.10.5, if at all possible.
If you have already upgraded or are experiencing any other problems please contact us at capture@carleton.ca and we can suggest some alternatives for you to use until we have fixed the bug.
