The maintenance to the Capture server is now complete.
A new version of the Relay Recorder is now available. It is recommended that you update to the latest version. The application will prompt you to update the next time you open it. If it does not you can have the Relay Recorder application update by doing the following:
- Open the Relay Recorder application
- Open the Relay Menu bar titled “Techsmith Relay”
- Select “Check for updates”
- Follow the on-screen prompts

Added support for Mac OS 10.13
Performance Improvements and Bug Fixes:
- Fixed multiple issues related to Fuse and media originating from iOS devices
- Fixed several issues in both the Windows and Mac recorders
- Fixed an issue with sending email notifications for presentations containing titles with multiple line-breaks
Please note:
- The recorders now prevent H.265 files from being sent to the server (H.265 is not supported)
- Support for MacOS 10.10 has been dropped in this version
