Can I extract the audio from a lecture I recorded with Kaltura Personal Capture?
There is no way in Kaltura to “extract” audio from video.
You can download your video files and look for an application that can do so, such as VLC. The audio files separated in this way will be in mp4 format. There is no specific application that TLS recommends.
Keep in mind that both MediaSpace and cuLearn will accept mp3 files. You can upload mp3 files to be played directly in your cuLearn course, or you can use the cuLearn file resource to add them as downloadable files.
