Recently at the Network for Change and Continuous Innovation (NCCI) annual conference, Carleton University alongside our partners at the University of Sheffield and the Leaderful Partnership, presented “A Chair for Every Leader: A Tale for Two ‘Leaderful’ Universities”. This interactive session highlighted the ‘Leaderful’ philosophies and strategy behind the Carleton and Sheffield Leader initiatives as well as details on what has been involved in their success thus far.
With more than 200 delegates from higher education institutions from around the globe Carleton and Sheffield highlighted the reasons behind, benefits of, and future outlooks to support leadership development and community building within our respective environments.
Moving forward, both institutions hope to encourage other universities and organizations to partner with them and share insights on how we can better create sustainable systems for leadership development.
