On April 22, from 9 – 11 Learning and Development is offering an Organizational Excellence workshop.

In this interactive 2 hour workshop, professional services staff will learn the what’s, why’s, and how’s of excellent organizations.

This workshop focuses on three key drivers of excellence: customer experience (Service Excellence), people engagement (Healthy Workplace), and process management (productivity).

By the end of this workshop participants will understand the importance of organizational excellence, recognize qualities that make up an excellent organization, and be provided the tools to bring qualities of excellence into different areas of their work day.
