There is still space in all of the fall Fierce Conversations workshops! Fierce Conversations is a leadership development and training workshop that drives results by improving workplace communication. Fierce Conversations promotes respect, honesty and accountability in our organization by providing staff and faculty with the tools to communicate effectively. The Foundations Workshop covers: foundational principles as well as team, coaching, delegation and confrontation conversations.
