Building Resilience Workshop

On April 9, 2026, join us in Tory Building Room 506 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. for a workshop focused on building resilience.

Offered by the Office of Quality Initiatives, this session introduces participants to core concepts of personal resilience and offers practical strategies for staying steady, adaptable, and resourceful during times of stress or change.

Through brief content, guided reflection, and simple tools, we explore how our thoughts, habits, and coping approaches shape our ability to respond to challenges. Participants will identify their own strengths, learn techniques for reframing unhelpful patterns, and consider ways to maintain well being and perspective in both everyday pressures and larger transitions. The session emphasizes self awareness, practical skill building, and supportive connection with others.
