Flexible Work Arrangements Information Sessions for Managers

To support managers’ learning and preparedness, Human Resources (HR) is hosting opportunities for managers to learn about how to manage Flexible Work Arrangements (FWAs). During these virtual information sessions, HR will introduce where departmental flexible arrangements fit into the planning cycle for the university, your responsibilities as a manager as part of that cycle, and provide an overview of the procedures to follow if you get requests for flexibility. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you have to help you prepare to address such requests.

Currently, there are two opportunities to participate:

• May 23, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
• May 30, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
