This session focuses on understanding neurodiversity as a natural part of human variation and explores how work environments can unintentionally create barriers. You will learn practical strategies that reduce cognitive load, increase clarity, and support a variety of thinking and working approaches. These strategies help create environments that are more predictable, flexible, and accessible for everyone.

- Learn what neurodiversity means and why different ways of thinking are a natural part of human variation.
- Notice common barriers that can make tasks harder to process or complete.
