Amazon Lockers are Coming to Campus!

Pick up your packages on campus, and on your schedule
Soon you’ll be able to pick up Amazon packages at the two new, convenient Amazon pickup lockers – one at Nicol Building, and another at Teraanga Commons at Carleton University.
Using an Amazon locker for your packages has several benefits over the traditional mail system at Carleton:
- Speed: using the Amazon locker cuts out the middleman in the delivery process, getting you your package faster than ever (saving 1 to 2 days, on average).
- Convenience: The Carleton mailroom typically operates 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, meaning traditional deliveries and pickups do not happen outside of those times. The new lockers will be open 24/7, so you can pick up your package on your own schedule.
Here’s how to use Amazon pickup to easily get your packages on your schedule:
- Add to address book: Add the Amazon locker location to your Amazon account (links coming soon).
- Nicol Building
- Teraanga Commons
- Check out: During checkout, select your saved locker as your delivery address.
- Pick up: After you receive your delivery confirmation, go to your campus pickup location and get your package.
Students, you can forward the Commons location to your parents so they can send you Amazon packages, too!
