Given the low capacity limit for our space, in person meetings will be by appointment only to ensure contact tracing and avoid crowding in the hallway. Students will call on arrival in our space. The number will be posted on the exterior door. Walk-ins with simple questions/issues can be handled by calling on arrival in our space, but with a more complex issue, they will be encouraged to make an appointment.
The best way to request timely advice or to make an appointment is to contact us at the following email address: mds@carleton.ca, and your email will be redirected to the appropriate contact. Please note there may be a delay in response time.
All individuals coming to the university campus must complete the online “Daily Campus Access and Screening” form every day they come to campus. The most current screening and check-in requirements will be posted on the Carleton COVID-19 website at www.carleton.ca/covid19.
