Dear Colleagues,
We look forward to welcoming you to tomorrow’s OCSNRS 2015. We just
wanted to remind everyone that registration is open from 8:15 to 8:40 –
please try to make it in before registration closes to minimize
disruption during the Symposium’s beginning.
We also want to announce that we’ll be holding a vote to decide on the
awards for best presentations, so please make sure that you pick up a
ballot and vote on your favourites during the day.
And finally, for anyone who’s interested, the organizing committee will
be inviting attendees to join us after the Symposium’s closure at 5:00
PM for refreshments and socializing on campus.
