The Canadian Polar Commission and the Canadian High Arctic Research Station hosted an International Arctic S&T Collaboration and Engagement Workshop in Ottawa on December 9th on the margins of the Arctic Change 2014 Conference.  It was a great opportunity for Canadian and international polar research institutions to share current and future Arctic S&T priorities and to explore opportunities to enhance bilateral collaboration.

A summary report with links to the workshop presentations is now available.  The report and presentations provide information regarding the Arctic S&T priorities and operational capabilities of various international institutions to assist Canadian research institutions in identifying potential opportunities for bilateral collaboration.  We encourage you to distribute this report to your network.  It is available at the following link:

We look forward to continuing discussions to further explore opportunities to strengthen bilateral Arctic S&T collaboration.

Sincerely,

Canadian Polar Commission
