We are proud to announce that several Carleton NSTP-funded students have won special awards valued at $2500 each. There are 4 categories of these awards for physical, human, health and life sciences and there is only one recipient per year across Canada.
PhD candidate Sarah Jones was selected as this year’s Eric Dewailly Memorial Award (Health Science) recipient.
PhD candidate Reyd Smith was selected as this year’s Malcolm Ramsay Award (Life Science) recipient,
PhD candidate Madelaine Bourdages was selected as this year’s George Hobson Award (Physical Science) recipient,
and PhD candidate Ada Loewen received the George Hobson Memorial Award last year.
