Call for abstracts

Dear students,

The Ottawa-Carleton Student Northern Research Symposium is an annual, one-day conference where students from Carleton University and the University of Ottawa connect, present their research, and learn from each other. We have accepted abstracts from undergraduate and graduate students from a wide variety of disciplines relevant to polar regions.

David Hik, Chief Scientist & V.P. Research at Polar Knowledge Canada, will be giving the keynote presentation. The the schedule for the day can be downloaded here and the book of abstracts is available here.

Please fill out the following Google Form if you would like to attend this event held at Carleton University at St. Patrick’s Building 303 on March 7th so we can anticipate numbers for catering: https://forms.gle/apkaybR43YisamH86

For more information, please email KtMiller@cmail.carleton.ca or visit https://carleton.ca/northernresearch/ocsnrs/.
