As you may know, our department has developed an official partnership with the Ontario Ethics Bowl.
It is with much pride and excitement that the Philosophy Department is hosting our second in-person Regional Ethics Bowl this Saturday! The event takes place at Carleton and serves as a qualifier for the Ontario Ethics Bowl to be held in Toronto in early March.
We have a fantastic team of volunteers including professors and graduate students in Philosophy and EPAF who will serve as judges and moderators in four rounds of (competitive, yet collaborative) ethical debates.
The event takes place in the beautiful Nicol Building (9:00-4:30).
Do feel free to drop by to encourage the teams. It will be fun!
