Alternate Format Requests
Members of the Carleton Community with a disability can request alternate formats of materials for course and research purposes through Library Accessibility Services.
A referral if required in order to access this service. Please speak with your PMC Coordinator about a referral if you think this service will help addressing functional impairments related to your disability.
If you have already been referred to Alternate Format Services in the past, and require alternate format for your course readings this term, make your request directly via Omni, or by completing and submitting the Alternate Format Request Form.
