Requesting Accommodations for the Fall Term
Students can request academic accommodations for the fall 2025 term in Ventus starting September 1, 2025.
We recommend that you request your academic accommodations in Ventus after attending the first week of classes, as best-practice.
For tests and exams…
- Request accommodations in Ventus at least 14 days before a test or exam requiring accommodations.
- Requesting accommodations less than 14 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis pending availability and it is not guaranteed.
- Starting this year, MEC will not accept LATE exam request made in Ventus less than 5 business days before the test or exam.
Deadlines to Note:
November 15: deadline to request final exam accommodations for fall-term courses for students who have not requested accommodations earlier in the term.
March 15: deadline to request final exam accommodations for winter term courses for students who have not requested accommodations earlier in the term.
