What Are Group Counselling and Workshops?

Looking to build coping skills, connect with others, or simply learn new strategies for wellness? Group Counselling and Workshops are available to support you—whether you’ve tried Single‑Session Counselling or are exploring services for the first time.

These sessions offer a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can share your experiences (only if you want to!) and learn alongside other students. Each group is facilitated by trained counsellors who use a variety of approaches to guide meaningful conversations and skill-building activities.

You’re welcome to participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable—there’s no pressure.
