Unmasking Connections: Neurodiversity Support Group
A neuro-affirming space for students to meet other students who get it, explore relevant issues, and share some laughs!
Through discussions, activities, and on-campus field trips, this group fosters connection, social communication skills, and wellness. This group may be a good fit for students with various disabilities including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and more. No diagnosis is required to participate in the group.

When and Where
When: Wednesdays, 3:00-4:15pm, starting January 28, 2026 (no session during reading week)
Where: Sessions regularly held in CTTC Building, Room 1501 with monthly on-campus field trips

- March 18: Mindful Crafting
- March 25: Burnout, Inertia, Meltdowns, and Shutdowns (BIMS)
- April 1: Field Trip – Wellness Centre (302 Nideyinàn)
- April 8: Wrap Up/Summer Transitions
