Join the PMC Anxiety Group to learn new strategies to manage and change your relationship with anxiety, while connecting with others who share similar experiences.

Facilitated by PMC Coordinators, the PMC Anxiety Group is a safe space to learn about anxiety and come together to share some common struggles and learn how to work with our anxiety. Facilitators (PMC Coordinators) will share information about anxiety, including strategies, tips and hacks to help us cope during the sessions. Discussion is welcome (though not required).

There is no one-size-fits-all solution for anxiety. The goal of the PMC Anxiety Group is to give you options to choose from. Students can participate as much or as little as they wish. The main thing is to show up!

The 2024 Winter Term Anxiety Group Series is held on Tuesdays starting January 23 through February 13, from 1:30 – 2:30pm.
