Managing Test and Exam Accommodations

Once a Notice of Examination (NoE) has been submitted by your professor to the McIntyre Exam Centre for an upcoming test or exam, it is your responsibility to manage your accommodations from the time you receive a request to confirm your participation to the time you are writing your test or exam.

Five Steps to Managing your Accommodations for a Test or Exam

Verify

Verify that your accommodations are accurate when you receive a notice to confirm your participation and accommodation from Ventus for an upcoming test or exam.

Confirm

Confirm your participation and accommodations 7 calendar days before the scheduled date of your upcoming test or exam.

Verify Details

Verify your exam and accommodation details in Ventus three (3) days before each test or exam.

Report

Report any discrepancies in accommodations to your PMC Coordinator.

Attend

Attend your test or exam on the scheduled date. Make sure to arrive 15 minutes early.
