Approved Electives for the MA in Political Economy

This list of courses represent all the courses offered by our collaborative departments that are pre-approved for you to take. Please note, this is the list of ALL courses, not those that are offered each term. To review the current schedule, please go Carleton Central.

If there is a course you are interested in taking that is not on the list, you can fill out the IPE Elective form and email it to the IPE Administrator. Please note that as a general rule spilt undergraduate/graduate courses will not be approved as electives.

If you are interested in pursuing a directed reading course, you will need to fill out the PECO 5900 Tutorial Form and email it to the IPE Administrator.
