Over 120 Carleton University staff members attended the semi-annual Provost's Café on May 31. The café is a forum for all professional services staff in the academic sector that was created to increase information sharing and discussion facilitation about academic-related matters.
Jerry Tomberlin, Interim Provost and Vice-President (Academic), provided updates on upcoming events and initiatives and Lorraine Dyke, Vice-Provost and Associate Vice-President (Academic), discussed the University's experiential learning efforts before Jaymie Koroluk, Assistant Director, Educational Development Centre, and Samah Sabra, Professional Development Officer, Office of Quality Initiatives, presented an experiential learning illustration to the group.
